We perform thorough evaluations of any subject matter either through research of publically available material or material provided by the client.  This extends from financial assessments to scientific literature reviews.

We can identify consumer perceptions toward a brand, product, rights holder, venue, or event through tailored measurement within a market group or across a representative sample.

 

 

 

 

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We recognise that local support is critical to the ongoing success of any project that impacts the community.  We design and conduct one-off and ongoing studies to reveal:

  • Interest, utilisation, and significance of projects affecting communities

  • Support for government involvement in projects affecting communities

SATISFACTION SURVEYS

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important components to measure across any consumer-facing business.  Our consultants have conducted more than 400 satisfaction surveys in a diversity of fields and industries.
